Ontario Casinos to Beginning to Reopening

Ontario, Canada, casinos will begin reopening this week, including the Rideau Carleton Casino (l.). The announcement was made by the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG).

Ontario Casinos to Beginning to Reopening

Ontario casino were scheduled to begin reopening July 17, according to the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG). This coincides with the provinces Stage 3 reopening plan.

Expected to return are all the properties in the East Gaming Bundle, including those in Kawartha, Belleville, Peterborough and Thousand Islands counties; and those in the North Gaming Bundle: Sault Ste. Marie, Sudbury, Thunder Bay; and Central Bundle: Rama, Innisfil and Rideau Carleton Casino.

The province’s casinos closed March 16. When they reopen they will look considerably different. Not as crowded for instance: A maximum of 50 customers and no table games.
