Five bidders who vied for the sole casino license in Andorra have filed an appeal protesting the government’s choice, Jocks SA, which won the tender in June. The company plans to build the casino on Part de la Cree Street in the capital city of Andorra la Vela.
Genting, Universe Booms, Barrière, Cicero-Partouche and Cirsa have all joined the appeal, citing “serious irregularities” in the tender process. The government has three months to respond to the appeal.
