Optimal Payments has added Dennis Jones, Ian Jenks and Andrew Dark to the board. Jones was named non-executive chairman. Jenks and Dark are non-executive directors.

Jones comes to Optimal Payments with approximately 30 years of experience in the payment field, which includes payment processing. He has held executive positions in China, Europe and the United Kingdom. Locally, Jones served as president and CEO of RBS National Bank. He is currently the non-executive chairman of Optimal’s subsidiary, Optimal Payments Limited, as well.
