BetStars, the online sportsbook brand of Rational Group, operators of the PokerStars.com online poker brand, recently named Zeno Osskó managing director, effective September 12. He will relocate to the Isle of Man, where BetStars is headquartered, and be responsible for its overall performance.
Osskó brings to his new position more than 10 years of online gaming experience with mybet Casino, a publicly traded German gaming company, where he held multiple senior management positions including managing director. He was appointed chief executive officer in 2015.
Osskó also has worked at Datango AG, now SAP AG, and Vienna Online.
Rational Group Chief Executive Officer Rafi Ashkenazi said, “Zeno is the right person to lead BetStars into the future. His experience leading a portfolio of online and retail gaming products and the development and roll-out of an omni-channel sports betting product will help position BetStars for continued product improvement and growth. He is a strong addition to our experienced executive management team.”

BetStars has a bright future within the PokerStars family and I look forward to leveraging PokerStars’ existing base of more than 103 million registered customers as well as making BetStars a new customer acquisition channel for the company.”
