Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI) has announced that Pala Casino Spa Resort in California has completed its upgrade to AGI56, the latest release of the QCI Enterprise Platform.
AGI56, QCI said, features several revamped modules and enhancements. These range from new visualization and workflow to mobile-enabled capabilities.
Among the features is QCI Heatmap, allowing operators to view live performance and player data directly on tablets. Users also have access to QCI Metrics, offering more insight into key trends, campaign effectiveness, and host performance.
AGI56 also offers QCI Dispatch, which automates slot attendant and technician workflows. In addition, clients can make use of the QCI Player integrated mobile app and web portal for easier access.
‘Exciting’ Milestone for Pala Casino
Kristel Nichols, director of database marketing for Pala Casino, welcomed the upgrade. She said it represents an “exciting milestone” for the property.

All 1,000 QCI sites are scheduled to be upgraded to the AGI56 Enterprise Platform by the end of October.
