Pavilion Payments Appoints Brock Moorehouse to Lead Customer Success Strategy

Gaming industry payment solutions provider Pavilion Payments has named Brock Moorehouse as its new vice president of customer success.

In his new role, Moorehouse will lead the customer success team, focusing on enhancing client satisfaction and supporting the adoption of Pavilion’s omnichannel payment products. The executive will seek to evolve the customer success manager role to better meet customer needs while aligning with the Las Vegas-headquartered group’s growth and innovation strategies.

Moorehouse brings over 17 years of experience in the gaming sector, having launched his career in 2008 at Downstream Casino Resort in Oklahoma. He advanced from cage operations to director of compliance, building a strong foundation in casino operations and developing a customer-centric approach. Moorehouse’s leadership in compliance across various departments allowed him to refine his ability to align operational processes with broader business objectives.

“I’m thrilled to join Pavilion Payments at such an exciting time,” said Moorehouse. “I look forward to working closely with our customers and the Pavilion team to ensure our solutions not only meet but exceed expectations, driving success for all stakeholders.”

Pavilion COO Welcomes Moorehouse’s Arrival

Prior to joining Pavilion, Moorehouse collaborated with the company on several key product rollouts, including the launch of VIP Mobility at its first casino location.

“I’ve known Brock to be a relentless advocate for his guests and team,” said Lori Lawson, chief operations officer at Pavilion. “His 17 years in casino operations, combined with hands-on experience using our products, make him the ideal leader to champion our mission of setting a new standard for customer success.”

Moorehouse becomes the third senior hire at Pavilion in a matter of days. Earlier this month, Alyssa Beaver was named senior vice president of sales, while Sarah Perry became vice president of gaming operations.
