Pechanga Resort & Casino, the largest Indian casino in California, recently named Pam Toscano to be vice president of food and beverage, overseeing the work of 1,200 workers.
Toscano is a veteran of the food and beverage industry with two decades in the field. She is also one of the original employees of the casino resort in Temecula, in Riverside County, which opened in 1995.
She will oversee 11 dining venues and will be supervising the renovation of the sports bar beginning in June.
She is also a member of the Pechanga Band of Luiseño Indians.
