When Pechanga Resort and Casino in Riverside County opens its new $285 million hotel and spa on December 22 it will re-cement its position as the largest Indian casino in California by having the largest casino hotel.
With its new additions, it will have 1,090 hotel rooms, a luxury 25,000 SF spa with 17 treatment rooms, a casino with 200,000 square feet, 13 restaurants, and a massive convention and meeting facility.
The expanded pool complex will open this spring.
The 568 new hotel rooms will include 53 large king and queen suites that will feature large screen TVs in the living rooms and bedrooms, bathrooms with walk-in showers and oversized soaking tubs. They will be outfitted to appeal to computer road warriors with multiple USB and charging station and button-controlled hotel service.
The Pechanga Summit event center will be doubled in size, with a 40,000 SF main ballroom that can be divided into smaller spaces.
The two-story luxury spa and fitness studio with 17 treatment rooms will also provide service to a private cabana and pool. The spa will include two indoor hydrotherapy pools, hair and nail salons, three relaxation rooms that will feature the Spicy & Icy Facial, with intervening hot and cold contrasts and treatments such as aromatherapy massage.
