Penn National Gaming and Carnival Cruise Lines announced a new marketing alliance under which Penn will offer cruises as benefits to player’s club members at 18 of its casinos in the U.S.

Beginning in mid-April, guests of Penn National’s casinos will be eligible to receive complimentary Caribbean and Mexican cruises or other cruise offers and discounts throughout the year aboard Carnival’s 24 ships based on their level of play.

“With more than 1,500 cruises annually and a dozen year-round North American embarkation ports, Carnival gives our casinos an exciting new opportunity to thank and reward player’s club members for their loyalty,” said Gaye Gullo, corporate vice president of marketing for Penn National Gaming. “In the near future, we will extend cruise benefits and promotions to virtually all our reward card holders, so they can choose from dozens of exciting ports of call.”

Carnival destinations include ports throughout the Caribbean, Bahamas, Mexico, and other destinations. “We are excited to partner with Penn National Gaming, one of the elite gaming organizations in the world,” said Marty Goldman, senior vice president of casino operations for Carnival. “Penn National players will not only experience the best casino operation at sea, but we also look forward to providing the amenities, accommodations and service they have come to expect as loyal Penn National players.”
