Valley Forge Casino Resort in suburban Philadelphia, Pennsylvania has filled two key leadership positions: Director of Food and Beverage Jeffrey George and Director of Hotel Operations Remi Oduyebo.
George brings with him extensive experience in the industry, having a longstanding career serving as a consultant in the areas of operations, strategy, finance and analytics within the hospitality market, as well as experience within startups and as a small business owner.
Prior to joining Valley Forge Casino Resort, George was owner of Too Cool Café, an upscale boutique restaurant in Indian Harbour Beach, Florida. He also served as F&B director and later vice president at Mohegan Sun Pocono Resort & Casino. He also held various leadership roles at Sam’s Town Hotel Casino in Shreveport, Louisiana.

Oduyebo served as senior operations manager at Hotel ZAZA in Houston; Under his leadership, the hotel achieved AAA 4 Diamond Hotel Status. Additional noteworthy experience for Oduyebo include director of front office at the St. Regis in Houston and assistant director of rooms at the InterContinental Houston-Medical Center. The InterContinental won Medallia and TripAdvisor Champions during Oduyebo’s tenure.
