Pennsylvania Considers Ban on ‘Skill’ and Lottery Games

A Pennsylvania House Committee heard testimony on a bill that would ban “skill” games from the state, the games—which play like slot machines but require a manipulation by players—are being found in convenience stores, gas stations, and malls. Representatives from the state’s casinos and state lottery said the games are costing their industries revenue.
