Regulators in Pennsylvania have approved a motion to restart auctions in September for the remaining five licenses to build Category IV mini-casinos. Previous auctions got little attention. The House gaming oversight committee chairman, Rep. Jim Marshall (l.), says they’ll give it one more try.
