Philadelphia area law firm of Duane Morris LLP has named two new partners in its gaming practice. Peter Vasalli is part of the firm’s corporate practice group and Adam Berger is a member of the trial practice group.

The law firm of Duane Morris LLP has named two new partners, Peter Vasalli and Adam Berger.

Berger represents public and private companies in the gaming industry in corporate and regulatory matters. He has experience with casinos, casino holding companies, gaming equipment manufacturers, banks, private equity funds and hedge funds.

He advises clients on emerging developments and legislation affecting the gaming industry and currently is chairman of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Gaming Law Committee. Berger is also a former chairman of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Casino Law Section.

Berger is a graduate of Villanova University School of Law and George Washington University.

Visalli represents companies across the gaming, retail, pharmaceutical, construction and engineering, and cannabis industries in corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint venture arrangements, equity and debt offerings, securities compliance and general corporate matters.

He has represented casino operators, gaming manufacturers, sports wagering companies, investors and other gaming industry participants on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, licensing matters, manufacturing and supply agreements.

Visalli is a graduate of Rutgers University School of Law and Loyola College.
