The Wells Fargo Center (l.) in Philadelphia will include a PlaySugarHouse sportsbook at its new standing-room-only level for Philadelphia Flyers hockey games.

Philadelphia Hockey SRO Level to Include Sportsbook

The Wells Fargo Center, home of the NHL’s Philadelphia Flyers, will open a new standing-room-only level for this season, filled with amenities that will include the facility’s second PlaySugarHouse sportsbook.

Called the Assembly Room, the SRO level will feature a lounge-style setting with two bars, two restaurants and a communal dining area as well as the PlaySugarHouse “sports lounge.” It is part of a partnership between the Flyers and Philadelphia’s SugarHouse Casino, which also operates PlaySugarHouse online casinos in New Jersey.

The other PlaySugarHouse sports lounge at the facility will be at the New City Terrace, a nearly 6,500-square-foot lounge with club seats, bar, tables, and a 22-by-eight-foot tall video wall with dozens more video screens.
