PlayStar Casino announced that it has entered into a multi-year agreement with Atlantic City’s Ocean Casino Resort, which will provide the newly established online casino brand market access to operate in New Jersey.
PlayStar Casino plans to launch in the second half of the year to players in the Garden State, subject to securing the necessary licenses and approvals from the state Division of Gaming Enforcement.
At the heart of PlayStar Casino’s online offering is an immersive experience that visitors receive every time they walk through the casino’s digital doors. According to the company, this will be achieved through “personalization, engagement, and exemplary customer service that makes players feel like the star of the show.”
“We are delighted to have secured access to the thriving New Jersey market through Ocean Casino Resort,” said Adam Noble, co-founder and executive vice president of PlayStar Casino. “We have shaped our proposition through extensive market research and analysis of customer behavior to ensure maximum engagement and entertainment. This is the first step towards PlayStar Casino becoming a favorite among players across the U.S.”
Joel Wikell, group founder and chairman of PlayStar Casino, added, “For me, it is great to be back in the game, as I founded Boss Media in the mid-1990s and brought many of the earliest online casinos to life. To get back in at this time, when the technology and possibilities have advanced so much, is genuinely exciting. And we’re looking forward to doing it all over again.”
