Playtech has partnered with MGM Interactive to release an online slots game based on the film Robocop and tells the story of bionic policeman ‘Murphy’ who swears to “Serve the public trust, protect the innocent, and uphold the law.”
According to a press release, players help Murphy bring justice back to a crime-ridden, corrupt Detroit with an arsenal of crime-fighting features and free games modes.
The game features extra wild symbols on any spin and add multipliers of up to five times. Players can crash the 3×3 ED-209 Wild onto the reels for high-powered pay-outs, and break into the OCP boardroom to track down corrupt executives for even more cash prizes, the release said.
“Many players will have grown up watching this iconic film which none of us will forget for its, non-stop action sequences and the incredible presence and sounds of RoboCop himself,” said James Frendo, casino director at Playtech in the release.
