Playtech has launched Prestige Baccarat, the second installment in its popular series of Prestige live casino titles offering unique game-play, including five dynamic camera views.
The live baccarat experience has been significantly enhanced with five game-play angles and action replays of winning hands, enabling players to get closer to the action than in any physical or online environment.
Staged in a newly designed environment, Prestige Baccarat offers a custom-designed cloth and backdrop which depicts the Chinese symbol for luck, plus a series of specially positioned cameras which focus on the “squeeze” element of baccarat.
The game’s user experience and journey has also been re-engineered and enhanced for ease of use, while the dealers themselves have been hand-picked for their baccarat skillset and native languages, depending on which options players select.
The game showcases Playtech Live’s first re-engineered user interface, which, following the company’s release of HTML5 Roulette, has been built in close cooperation with licensees.
The launch of Prestige Baccarat comes almost a year to the day that Playtech launched its inaugural Prestige title, Prestige Roulette, which has been a great success with many of the industry’s leading licensees Kevin Kilminster, head of innovation for Playtech Live, said, “A great deal of research, development and close cooperation with licensees has gone into what we are confident is the best live Baccarat product on the market.
“The newly refined live game contains the classic squeeze variations as well as the squeeze logic associated with one of the most popular casino games in the world. The feedback has been very positive so far, and we’re sure it will go from strength-to-strength.”
Shimon Akad, COO, Playtech, added, “Prestige Baccarat and the Prestige suite of products marks the beginning of a very exciting journey, and Playtech Live unveiling its next generation of live casino games, platform technology and software that we believe will take live casino to an entirely new level of product capability, performance and personalization.”
