Online sportsbook PointsBet has hired Rachelle Carpenter as the company’s chief people officer. Carpenter will oversee all aspects of human resources, which includes design and implementation of diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, according to Business Insider.
She spent the last 10 years in HR at DISH Network.
