Scientific Games Corporation announced that the Pojoaque Tribe has selected a number of Bally systems solutions for its properties in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Buffalo Thunder Resort & Casino and Cities of Gold Casino will replace competitor systems with the Bally SDS slot management system, which will be deployed across 1,825 slot machines and 19 table games to manage casino, slot and hospitality data. SDS provides game-monitoring data in real time and fully integrates with other systems, including Bally’s CMP player-tracking system.
Additionally, the casino operator will utilize the Bally iVIEW Display Manager (DM) with Elite Bonusing Suite (EBS) floor-wide to drive excitement at its properties. With iVIEW DM and EBS, casino operators can present self-service player-account access, marketing messages and secondary bonus games on the main game screen, without interrupting play.
“We chose to replace our existing systems with innovative Bally systems solutions because we believe these tools will help take our gaming floor to the next level,” said Mark Schrecengost, general manager of Buffalo Thunder and Cities of Gold. “These products enhance our ability to offer players a top-notch gaming experience.”
The casinos also plan to utilize the Bally Business Intelligence application to analyze and visualize casino, slot and hospitality data; and Beverage Ordering Service System (BOSS) to enable self-service drink ordering at each gaming machine.
Sridhar Laveti, senior vice president of gaming systems for Scientific Games, said, “We are honored that the Pojoaque Tribe has chosen our integrated systems solutions. We believe this array of products will deliver a measurable return on investment and increased profitability by providing players with an exciting experience when they visit the resort.”
