Thanks to a loan in the neighborhood of million, the Fort Peck Tribes of Montana are looking to move forward and build the Buffalo Rivers Casino, a million project. The facility is expected to house 400 gaming machines, four poker tables, 75-room hotel, events center, a restaurant and buffet, snack bar, and a lounge.
Early estimates predict the tribe will bring in $5.8 million a year from the casino. The tribe will also be given 15 years to pay back the loan, at an interest rate of 6.5 percent. An estimated 80-100 people will be employed at the property, which is set to by built by May 2016.
