Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI) has announced details of a new, strategic partnership with Win-River Resort & Casino in Redding, California.
Under the deal, Win-River will deploy the QCI Enterprise Platform. This, QCI said, will offer the venue insight into player behavior, marketing performance and operational efficiency.
QCI added that the platform will support Win-River with data-driven decisions, help improve guest engagement and deliver a more personalized experience to customers.
Opened in 1993, Win-River is home to a casino with over 500 slot machines and a range of table games. It also features a hotel, several food and beverage options, as well as meeting rooms and conference facilities.
‘Exciting Step’ for Win-River
Don Hayward, general manager of Win-River, welcomed the new partnership. He said it supports the venue’s long-term commitment to guest experience.
“This is an exciting step forward for us,” Hayward said. “The QCI Enterprise Platform will enable us to efficiently evaluate multiple sources of gaming data for analysis of operational insights.
“With these advanced tools, we can enhance player satisfaction, streamline operations, and continue to deliver the exceptional experience our guests have come to expect. Partnering with QCI reinforces our dedication to innovation and operational excellence.”
Andrew Cardno, chief technology officer of QCI, added: “From the beginning, the Win-River team demonstrated a forward-thinking approach and a genuine commitment to leveraging technology to elevate guest experiences.
“Together, we are setting a new benchmark for operational intelligence and guest engagement in the region.”
