Quick Custom Intelligence Lands Double Minnesota Casino Deal

Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI) has entered strategic partnerships with Minnesota-based Black Bear Casino Resort and Fond Du Luth Casino.

Both deals will see QCI provide the casinos with its QCI Enterprise Platform. This artificial intelligence platform integrates player development, marketing and gaming operations with tools designed for use in gaming and hospitality.

According to QCI, the platform will offer insights into player behavior, as well as allow the casinos to improve operational efficiency and deliver personalized guest experiences.

The Black Bear and Fond Du Luth casinos are owned by the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa. The Black Bear Casino Resort is located in Carlton and Fond Du Luth Casino in Duluth.

Casinos Talk Up ‘Transformative’ Journey

Morgan Fritzinger, director of marketing for both casinos, said the agreements align with the casinos’ commitment to excellence and innovation.

“We are excited to embark on this transformative journey with QCI,” Fritzinger said. “The QCI platform is truly a game-changer for our host and marketing departments. We’re confident it will not only optimize our operations but also enhance the quality of service and entertainment we provide to our valued guests.”

QCI CEO Ralph Thomas added: “We place immense value on partnerships that are built on mutual respect, a shared vision, and a strong commitment to innovation. Our collaboration with Black Bear and Fond Du Luth Casinos exemplifies this kind of relationship.

“This partnership represents a unique opportunity to set new benchmarks in the Minnesota market. I am confident that together, we will redefine what’s possible in the gaming and hospitality industry.”

The double partnership represents the latest agreements for QCI in the gambling sector. Other recent deals include a link-up with Sky City Casino & Hotel in New Mexico.
