Rainmaker Multifamily Assets Sale Progresses

The Rainmaker Group received antitrust clearance from the U.S. Department of Justice, allowing it to close the sale of its multifamily housing business and product portfolio to RealPage Inc. Following antitrust clearance from the U.S. Department of Justice, the Rainmaker Group, a leading provider of cloud-based hospitality revenue and profit optimization software, can complete the sale of its Rainmaker LRO multifamily housing business and product portfolio to RealPage Inc. Alpharetta, Georgia-based Rainmaker announced the sale to Richardson, Texas-based RealPage, a global provider of software and data analytics to the real estate industry, on February 28, 2017. The deal is expected to close at the end of this year.
