Following antitrust clearance from the U.S. Department of Justice, the Rainmaker Group, a leading provider of cloud-based hospitality revenue and profit optimization software, can complete the sale of its Rainmaker LRO multifamily housing business and product portfolio to RealPage Inc. Alpharetta, Georgia-based Rainmaker announced the sale to Richardson, Texas-based RealPage, a global provider of software and data analytics to the real estate industry, on February 28, 2017. The deal is expected to close at the end of this year.
