Rainmaker Surges in 2015

The Rainmaker Group announced that it has already booked more than 20 new system implementations for 2015, including top industry properties.

The Rainmaker Group announced that more than 20 new system implementations for its revenue management and profit optimization software solutions have been booked already in 2015.

All of the relationships are new customers, and include The New Tropicana Las Vegas, Golden Nugget Lake Charles and two properties within GF Management and three within the Wind Creek portfolio.

“With all 20-plus implementations being new customers, this announcement is particularly gratifying, because it continues to validate the revenue-generating value of our solutions,” said Tammy Farley, president of Rainmaker. “It is my privilege and pleasure to welcome each and every one of our new customers to the Rainmaker family, and we look forward to helping them increase their RevPAR and total revenues this year and in the years to come.”

These first-time customers include operators of both traditional hotels and casino-hotels.

“Our customers choose Rainmaker because of our guest room and group sales solutions, and to benefit from our pricing advisory and corporate assessment services,” Farley said. All of the new implementations will include GuestREV, and many also include GroupREV.

“After researching several options in the revenue management systems market, we selected Rainmaker because we found their staff to be the most professional and experienced, and their system to be a dynamic tool that will help exponentially grow our hotel and group business,” said Lyra Hynie, director of revenue management for The New Tropicana Las Vegas. “Rainmaker’s GuestREV system is known worldwide, and we couldn’t be prouder to be the beta site as their GroupREV sales tool is rolled out for the first time in Las Vegas.”

GroupREV will provide a tool to win and optimize group sales, given that The New Tropicana Las Vegas recently completed a $200 million transformation and is in the final construction phase of expanding the Trinidad Pavilion, which will increase the resort’s total meeting and convention facilities to 100,000 square feet.
