Digital engagement providers Engaged Nation announced a year-long partnership with Rampart Casino at the Resort at Summerlin, Nevada. The property will use Engaged Nation’s REACH gamified marketing platform to enhance active customers’ daily experience and benefits and to reintroduce the property to dormant customers, said Vice President of Marketing Dan Long.
Rampart Casino used Engaged Nation’s Million Dollar March Mania Challenge promotion to familiarize its customers with the new REACH online-to-on-floor program. Based on the National Collegiate Athletic Association’s men’s basketball tournament, the program drove thousands of incremental property visits, generated increased revenue and boosted brand loyalty.
Following that, on May 24 Rampart launched 20th Anniversary Rampart Riches which will run through August 14 and award a total prize package of more than $25,000, plus instant and redeemable rewards for all participants.
REACH also offers an online platform with customized games and activities that lets players engage with Rampart Casino’s brand and services. Players receive rewards for daily engagement, including virtual currency to use to purchase rewards and drawing entries for the $25,000 grand prize drawing.
