Customer service veteran Liam Smith recently was named director of customer contact at Rank Group Plc, a UK-based gambling and leisure company that operates Grosvenor Casinos, Mecca Bingo and Rank Interactive, as well as Grosvenor Casinos in Belgium and Top Rank Espana in Spain.
Previously Smith worked at customer service outsourcing specialist Contact Center Managed Services. In his new position, Smith will
lead the opening and managing a new center of customer excellence in Sheffield, with more than 60 employees.
