Country music star and Redneck Riviera owner John Rich plans to open a Redneck Riviera bar at the Grand Bazaar Shops in Las Vegas this year.
Rich said he’s “always dreamed of building the kind of place where my friends and family could get together and turn it up after a hard day’s work.”
He said the Redneck Riviera will feature “The Heroes Bar,” which will be dedicated to military veterans. Active-duty military personnel and veterans will get their first drink on the house.
The bar also will offer food from the popular Wahlburgers restaurant, which is located beneath the Redneck Riviera site at the Grand Bazaar Shops next to Bally’s on the Las Vegas Strip.
Juno Property Group owns the Grand Bazaar Shops.
“Redneck Riviera, is going to bring a one-of-a-kind entertainment venue to the heart of the Las Vegas Strip where families and friends can enjoy great music in an incredibly fun atmosphere,” Juno Property Group Chairman Larry Siegel said.
North Carolina-based Bar Management Groupwill operate the bar, which also will house a Redneck Riviera store.
The Redneck Riviera is scheduled to open later this year, along with another Redneck Riviera bar in Nashville.
Rich created the Redneck Riviera brand two years ago and says he plans to open as many of the country-themed bars as possible.
