An affidavit that led to a raid at Bodog Asia’s offices in the Philippines in November points to former CEO Jan Robert Gustafsson as the catalyst for the investigation, according to a report at CalvinAyre.com.
The report states that Gustaffsson said in the affidavit he was unaware Bodog Asia was involved with gambling in the Philippines while CEO. Bodog, of course, is a major online gambling company, but does not provide gambling in the Philippines.
Gustafsson is reportedly under indictment in the Philippines for fraud and theft.
