Rush Street Gaming has announced the promotion of two upper management positions—Bill Keena is the company’s new chief operating officer, while Marc Arndt will assume the role of chief financial officer.
Both hires still need the requisite approvals from gaming regulators before they can become official.
Rush Street CEO Tim Drehkoff said in a statement that the pair’s “unique combination of institutional history, operational expertise and financial acumen made them the ideal choices for COO and CFO,” and that the company is “delighted they’ve accepted these exciting new roles.”
Drehkoff was the previous COO and took over as CEO in April after the former CEO Greg Carlin announced his resignation.
Keena and Arndt have both been with Rush Street since 2011, when they joined the management staff of Rush Street’s Rivers Casino in Des Plaines, Illinois. Prior to their recent appointments, Keena previously served as general manager of the company’s Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh, while Arndt oversaw financial operations for Rush Street’s land-based casinos.
In a statement, Keena said that he was “looking forward to working alongside our tremendously talented and dedicated teams,” and Arndt said that he was “excited about Rush Street’s tremendous growth over the past decade and proud of the team’s many accomplishments.”
