Cannery Casino Resorts (CCR) has named Ryan Paulos vice president and general manager of the Cannery Casino & Hotel in North Las Vegas.
Paulos, son of CCR founder and principal Bill Paulos, has been with the operator since 2001 and in the gaming industry more than 20 years. Most recently, he was vice president of gaming operations. Prior to that, he was assistant general manager of the Eastside Cannery on the Boulder Strip in Las Vegas. He also was corporate director of slot operations for CCR, and assistant director of slot operations at CCR’s Rampart casino.
Prior to CCR, Paulos was slot shift manager at Greektown Casino in Detroit and slot supervisor at the Venetian Las Vegas. He began his career in the management training program at Nevada Palace Casino.
