San Manuel Casino in Southern California has hired two top executive chefs to bring cuisine to a higher level as the casino expands with the addition of a new hotel.
Everton Clarke will be in charge of all culinary-related services and Matthew Smith will lead culinary operations. They will work under the leadership of Chef Oliver Wolf, vice president of Culinary Operations.
Each has more than 25 years of international culinary experience.
Peter Arceo, general manager at San Manuel Casino, commented, “Innovation of experience is at the core of everything we do at San Manuel Casino.” He added, “With the casino resort expansion, it was necessary to bring in talented executive chefs like Everton and Matthew who can take our culinary experiences to new heights.”
Smith is a former “Chef of the Year” recipient at Hyatt Hotels.
