San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino in Southern California has appointed Jerrold Brooks as executive chef.
A native of Mississippi , Brooks has almost two decades in the culinary field at multiple casinos. He has been executive chef of the Ameristar Casino Hotel in Vicksburg, Mississippi, Coushatta Casino Resort in Kinder, Louisiana, and Sam’s Town Tunica in Robinsonville, Mississippi.
San Manuel General Manager Loren Gill commented, “Chef Brooks’ expertise, as well as his deep understanding of guest service, will help bring our culinary program to the next level. We are constantly looking to improve our offerings for our guests and I believe that our guests will love what Chef Brooks has in store.”
