San Manuel Names New COO

David Kopasz has been promoted to be chief operating officer of hospitality at San Manuel Casino, in Southern California. He has been in charge of food and beverage. Now he will run the entire hospitality department.

San Manuel Casino in Highland, California has named David Kopasz as chief operating officer of hospitality.

San Manuel General Manager Peter Arceo hailed the appointment, David’s track record of solidifying San Manuel Casino as a top dining destination in the area has been nothing short of impressive.” He added, “As we strive to offer our guests best-in-class experiences, I am confident that David has what it takes to deliver.”

Kopasz joined the casino in 2015, serving as vice president of food and beverage, helping to make the casino a top dining destination. In that capacity he was in charge of a third of the casino’s workforce. Previously he was vice president of food and beverage at Seneca Resorts & Casinos in New York.

His new job will add to that by also putting him in charge of growth strategies for the entire hospitality division.
