Escape This is a temporary new attraction at Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort in D’Iberville, Mississippi. Promoted as “Scarlet is the New Black, Prison Escape Room,” the feature requires players to take on the role of falsely accused convicts sentenced to life in prison without parole.
Once locked in, players working in teams of up to eight will have 60 minutes to find the tools and evidence required to clear their names, unlock the prison door and escape to freedom.
Scarlet Pearl Director of Promotions, Events and Entertainment Vicki Haskins said, “Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort enjoys thinking outside the box to offer guests innovative ways to be entertained. We are constantly evolving and look forward to seeing exactly how many guests will escape prison.”
Escape This will be open afternoons and evenings, Thursday through Sunday, through September 5. Tickets are $20 plus online booking fees; group and military rates are available. Players must be at least 12 years of age.
The prison escape attraction marks the third time Scarlet Pearl has partnered with Escape This Biloxi. Previous events included Escape Krampus with a Nightmare Before Christmas theme and Escape Al Capone with a Prohibition gangster theme.
