Scientific Games has announced the completion of a systems technology conversion for Lotto New Zealand, covering both its retail and digital operations.
Delivered through Scientific Games’ Momentum ecosystem, the switchover was the result of a two-year project. Scientific Games worked closely with Lotto New Zealand and its 1,100 retailers to ensure a smooth transition.
The initiative brings together Scientific Games’ SYMPHONY central gaming system, WAVE Contour retail point-of-sale terminals, the SG PAM player account management system and logistics supported by SciTrak technology and gem|Suite lottery retail management system.
Scientific Games also implemented its SG Content Hub. This offers Lotto New Zealand a host of premier digital games from SG Studios and other partner studios.
The provider worked with Datacom, a longtime Lotto New Zealand partner, to complete the project. This included rolling out point-of-sale terminals at retail outlets, providing data center hosting services for the central system infrastructure and offering support across field services, maintenance and repair.
