Scientific Games Joins Manufacturing Day

Based in Alpharetta, Georgia, Scientific Games Corporation, the world’s largest supplier of instant lottery games, recently participated in Georgia Manufacturing Day in Atlanta. The company designs and produces 98 percent of the Georgia Lottery’s instant games and also provides marketing, promotional and distribution services.

Scientific Games Corporation took part in Georgia Manufacturing Day at the state capitol in Atlanta on March 4, joining Governor Nathan Deal and other representatives from the state’s growing manufacturing industry. Scientific Games designs and produces 98 percent of the Georgia Lottery’s instant games and also provides marketing, promotional and distribution services for the Georgia Lottery, which ranks second in the world for instant game per capita sales, according to La Fleurs Lottery World.

Scientific Games, the world’s largest supplier of instant lottery games, a $78 billion global industry, launched the first secure instant lottery game in 1974. More than 1,100 employees work at the company’s largest lottery manufacturing center and lottery technology headquarters, based in Alpharetta. Scientific Games operates four other global manufacturing facilities.
