SDB Games Names Non-Executive Director

SDB Games has named Graham Martin, founder of the predecessor company to Skybet, to its board as a non-executive director.

SDB Games, a popular developer of skill-based games, announced the appointment of Graham Martin to its board as a non-executive director.

Martin is a third-generation bookmaker who founded Bonne Terre Limited, now owned by CVC Capital Partners and Sky plc., trading as Skybet—one of Europe’s largest and most successful online gaming companies

“SDB games has several USPs, which make the company an attractive proposition,” Martin said. “Firstly, it has developed a new generation of no-commitment fantasy sports games with multimillion-dollar prizes; players can enter tournaments based on a single match with no need to manage seasonal budgets, leading to a rich and fun entertainment experience.

“The SDB team is extremely well placed to further excel in this market due to its firsthand experience of efficient product delivery. As a dynamic team of experts with such creativity within the SDB team, I’m really looking forward to nurturing and advising a business with so much potential.”

“We see Graham Martin’s decision to join the SDB Executive Board as a huge coup for the company,” said Diego Martinez, CEO of SDB Games. “His profound industry experience, extensive contact network and vast industry knowledge will enable SDB to establish a niche in the space and facilitate the fast growth that we all know is possible in this market.”
