Exacta Systems announced that it has signed a license IP agreement with Sega Sammy Creation Inc., a Japan-based gaming technology company, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sega Sammy Holdings Inc.
Under the agreement, Sega Sammy games and cabinets will be offered in historical horse racing format using the Exacta Systems platform.
