Seminole Hard Rock Holds Job Fairs

One hundred workers will be needed at the new Japanese restaurant opening at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida, where four job fairs will be held to fill the openings. The restaurant is part of the $100 million expansion and remodeling going on at all seven Seminole casinos.

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida announced it will hold a total of four job fairs to hire more than 100 workers. The new employees will staff a Japanese restaurant that will open near the hotel pool. The next job fairs will be held 2-6 p.m., Monday, September 29, October 6 and October 27. The restaurant will need chefs, cooks, restaurant servers, bartenders, hostesses, cocktail servers and other restaurant/lounge positions. All full-time team members of Seminole Gaming and the Seminole Tribe of Florida receive health care benefits, staff meals, tuition reimbursement and more. Currently the Seminole Hard Rock employs 3,700 people and the tribe employs 33,000.
