Parx Casino in Bensalem, Pennsylvania launched an exclusive game last week designed by former NBA star Shaquille O’Neal and New Jersey game developer Dynamic Gaming Systems.
ShaqBLACKJack is a hybrid table/slot game that features 24 machine gaming terminals linked to a live blackjack game and dealer within a basketball-themed area on the casino floor.
The game was developed over four years by O’Neal and Dynamic. “We clicked right away when we started talking about creating this game,” Dynamic Gaming CEO Charlie Barksdale said in a statement. “We wanted a game that was familiar to everyone, even those with a modest appetite for gaming, but one that would still provide us with opportunities to bring new elements of excitement and rewards to the experience.”
The new game went live on October 4 with O’Neill presiding.
