The Northern California-based Sherwood Valley Casino last week announced that celebrity and collect Barry Weiss will be its brand ambassador and spokesman.
The casino is located just off Highway 101 in Willits. It has a reputation for being fun and neighborly.
Weiss has been a collector since he was a teen. A colorful personality best known for his appearances in “Storage Wars,” and the spin-off TV show “Barry’d Treasure,” travels the world looking for treasures.
General Manager Michael J. Broderick, said “We are thrilled to partner with Barry and welcome him to the Sherwood Valley Casino family. Barry was a natural choice to be the company’s ambassador as he is very charismatic, and we know he will build lasting connections with our guests and our team members. Barry has demonstrated great success communicating with many people from different walks of life, and they sure do relate to him. Everyone loves Barry, and we love him too!”
Weiss will appear in print, outdoor, TV, online and radio advertising with a campaign that will begin this summer.
