Slot and system supplier Konami Gaming announced that Shoshone Rose Casino in Lander, Wyoming has selected the Konami Synkros casino management system to replace the casino’s existing system.
The installation introduces a comprehensive suite of marketing capabilities, operational efficiency functions, and customer experience enhancements spanning the casino’s 325-machine gaming floor, which will soon become more than 500 machines upon completion of an upcoming expansion project that breaks ground in spring of 2015.
“The SYNKROS system was chosen after careful review of all casino management systems,” said Robert Pokorney, general manager of Shoshone Rose. “Its ease of use, reporting capabilities and powerful marketing tools made Konami the clear choice. I have completed Synkros installations at two other properties I have managed, so I am already familiar with what Konami can do for a gaming property.”
“Shoshone Rose wanted to enhance the player experience for all of their customers,” said Clark Warren, senior director of systems sales at Konami, “and by using Synkros solutions such as the Advanced Incentives Bonusing Engine, they’re able to customize dozens of unique rewards for greater excitement and time on device for all levels of players.
“Another enhancement accompanying the Synkros installation is the addition of True Time Tournaments—an innovative, system-delivered slot tournament series that turns regular video slot machines into tournament games without additional set up, optioning, or shut-down. It allows for both on-demand and traditional synchronized tournament games so the property can offer its players a variety of bonus promotions in whatever frequency the campaign allows.
“We’re thrilled for the opportunity to launch these and many more features with one of our newest customers and work with them to create the best casino gaming experience around.”
Shoshone Rose Casino, one of the most popular casino destinations in Wyoming, is owned and operated by the Eastern Shoshone Tribe.
