SIC, House Advantage Partner on Loyalty App

SIC Innovations and House Advantage have partnered to product Casino On the Go, a customer-facing mobile player loyalty tool.

System suppliers House Advantage and SIC Innovations have partnered to develop and distribute Casino On the Go, or COG, an interactive player application that the partners say is the best customer-facing mobile engagement tool in the industry.

COG utilizes the tools of promotions and awards as the means to incentivize frequent and deepening customer interaction.

COG drives loyalty and frequent usage through interactive content, behavior-driven triggered awards and the latest tools for mobile user engagement. The app builds on existing casino loyalty programs by reinforcing and extending how a casino communicates to its customers, supporting new channels for the distribution of casino offers and creating a new extension for the company brand.

Key features include fast feedback with adPressions, real-time awards, refer-a-friend rewards and rich, centrally managed content on the customer’s casino amenities. Full social media integration allows users to bridge their online and casino experiences.
