Sky City Casino & Hotel in New Mexico has announced details of a new strategic partnership with Quick Custom Intelligence to help improve the guest experience.
Under the deal, Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI) will provide Sky City Casino with access to its data analytics platform. This, the venue said, will reveal more insight into player behavior at its casino.
Quick Custom Intelligence said the casino can use this data to improve operational efficiency and deliver personalized guest experiences. The two companies added that the partnership marks the start of a “new era” for casino operations.
Sky City Casino is run by Acoma Business Enterprises, which is owned and operated by the Pueblo of Acoma. Gaming options at the venue include more than 550 slot machines, live table games and bingo.
Transformative Journey for Sky City
Commenting on the deal, Sky City Casino Director of Operations Pierson Siow said it will allow the venue to provide “unparalleled” gaming experiences to visitors.
“We are excited to embark on this transformative journey with QCI,” Siow said. “The QCI platform is truly a game-changer for our player development, marketing and slot departments, and we’re confident it will not only optimize our operations but also enhance the quality of service and entertainment we provide to our valued guests.
“With QCI’s innovative solutions, we’re poised to deliver an unparalleled gaming experience in the New Mexico market. This collaborative endeavor perfectly aligns with our commitment to excellence and innovation.”
QCI CEO Ralph Thomas said: “We place immense value on agreements that are built on mutual respect, a shared vision and a strong commitment to innovation. Our collaboration with Sky City Casino exemplifies this kind of relationship.
“This strategic endeavor represents a unique opportunity to set new benchmarks in the New Mexico market. I am confident that together, we will redefine what’s possible in the gaming and hospitality industry.”
