Stanford Le has been named CEO and president of Snoqualmie Casino by the Snoqualmie Tribe of Washington. He joined the casino in 2018 as chief marketing officer.

He was interim CEO of the casino during the Covid-19 pandemic, managing to keep all 1,100 employees, which led to the casino being recognized as one of the state’s Best Workplaces by the Puget Sound Business Journal.

Tribal Chairman Robert de los Angeles said in a statement: “Through the hard work of our Snoqualmie Casino team members led by Stanford Le, we have persevered through a very challenging time.” He added, “We look forward to seeing Mr. Le continuing to lead Snoqualmie Casino to new heights.”

In a statement Le said, “From the first day I joined Snoqualmie Casino three years ago, I’ve been inspired by the passion from our team members, the care the tribe has about its work family and the neighboring community, and especially the work ethic displayed by the team members whom I have the fortune of helping to develop.” He added, “I couldn’t be more honored that the tribe has chosen me to lead their casino into the next period of growth and success.”

Le has more than 24 years of senior executive experience at Wynn Resorts, Sands China (Las Vegas Sands), and Caesars Entertainment.
