Soo Kim wears two hats. He serves as managing partner and chief investment officer at Standard General and chairs the board of directors of Bally’s Corporation. His resume earned him the keynote speaker role at the SBC Summit North America slated for November 30 to December 2 at the Meadowlands Exposition Center in Secaucus, New Jersey.
Under Kim’s watch, Bally’s went on a buying spree in media, software platforms and esports as well as the Tropicana Hotel-Casino on the Las Vegas Strip, among other properties.
His speech will touch on the intersection of sports, gaming, and media, the future of online gaming, and specifically the New Jersey and New York markets, according to CDC Gaming Reports.
“The opportunity to share Bally’s story and our vision with members of the industry and to speak with other operators, suppliers, media, government, and professional sports representatives will be a pleasure,” Kim said.
The summit will include will over 200 speakers focusing on opportunities to grow business in sports betting and iGaming industries in the U.S.
