The $5 billion South Korean integrated luxury resort Mohegan INSPIRE, scheduled to open later this year, named Chen Si as president and Wade Howk as chief operating officer.
Previously, Si worked with Sands China and Macau Legend Development and served as chief operating officer at Mohegan INSPIRE. In his new position, Si will guide strategic planning and operational results, oversee budget and business plans and lead performance measurement and improvement efforts. In addition, Si will lead Mohegan INSPIRE’s external relationships with government agencies and business partners and serve as the company’s representative director.

Howk served as chief financial officer and interim president at Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati. At Mohegan INSPIRE, he will lead direct reports to ensure smooth operations and create an exceptional guest experience and maintain a positive organizational culture based on Mohegan INSPIRE’s principles and values. In addition, Howk will establish relationships with stakeholders and work closely with governmental and business partners.
