Spain Gets New Gaming Authority Chief

Spain has a new gaming authority boss. Juan Espinosa Garcia has been appointed to replace Carlos Hernandez Rivera, who left the post unexpectedly last year.

The Spanish council of ministers has appointed Juan Espinosa Garcia Director General of the gaming authority. The new director was assistant director general since 2013 under Carlos Hernández Rivera, who unexpectedly vacated his post in November with a public apology—but without explaining why he was leaving.

Before that Garcia was deputy director of relations with the public administration competition commission.
