Spectrum, REMI Collaborate On Gambling Impacts

Spectrum Gaming Group and Regional Economic Models, Inc. are partnering to provide comprehensive analyses of proposed gaming legislation for state, national and tribal governments. REMI's modeling software projects the impacts of expanded gambling in various areas to help governments make objective, informed decisions.

State, national and tribal governments will receive comprehensive analyses of the economic impacts of proposed gaming legislation from the combined resources of Spectrum Gaming Group and Regional Economic Models, Inc. Using REMI’s dynamic modeling software to project gaming’s impacts on employment, wages, tax revenue and population, state and local governments can objectively assess the impacts of expanded gambling proposals on a national, state or county level. The Spectrum-REMI collaboration also will provide lawmakers with analyses including qualitative assessments and interviews with stakeholders to help them make informed decisions.
