Reno-based Spin Games LLC, a leader in disruptive interactive gaming technologies, announced that effective December 1, it has appointed Kunal Mishra as president and chief financial officer, succeeding founder Kent Young, who will remain chief executive officer and will continue to focus on the company’s strategic objectives.
In his new role, Mishra will be responsible for all company operations, including finance, product development, marketing and administration, supporting Young in executing and achieving Spin Games’ core goals.
“I am pleased to welcome Kunal to Spin Games, as his deep industry experience in management, product development and commercialization will help us achieve our strategic objectives,” commented Young. “His appointment is an integral element of our development and operational strategies, and I am confident that his extensive leadership skills and global gaming industry expertise will drive Spin Games forward as a top provider of interactive content and gaming technology products within the industry.”

Most recently, he was managing partner of Hayabusa Portfolio LLC, where he was a consultant to gaming equipment and technology manufacturers and casinos for market entry and commercialization strategy. He also served as liaison between U.S.-based investors and Japanese property management and real estate investment companies.
Mishra’s previous industry roles include general manager for JCM’s Global Asia Pacific division, where he was responsible for regional gaming and commercial division revenue, new business development and developing product strategies for multiple product lines. Prior to JCM, he served as vice president of product management and marketing for Cadillac Jack, where he was instrumental in the company’s entry into several Latin America markets and helped create one of the pioneering Class II products, including a wide-area progressive system.
“With its innovative product suite driven by next-generation technology, Spin Games is aggressively changing the way compelling interactive gaming content is utilized by players,” said Mishra. “I am excited to work with Kent and the Spin team to expand the company’s product and service offerings.”
